Designed endurance race car components for Corvette Racing's IMSA GTD/GTD Pro program, resolving a suspension assembly interference issue from analysis through an accepted design change.

Diagnosed an anti-roll bar rocker/mount interference issue via tolerance stackup analysis
Proposed tolerance changes were rejected; a proposed design change was accepted
Used the company bolt calculator, Ansys FEA, a custom press-fit calculator, and GD&T to validate the fix under max dynamic/static loads, thermal expansion, and press-fit stresses
